Pulau Ketam International Art & Culture Festival 2022
The 3rd Pulau Ketam International Art and Culture Festival was held from 2nd to 5th September 2022. It was co-organized by The Malaysian Watercolour Society (MWS), Pulau Ketam Art Association and Angkatan Pelukis SeMalaysia. Participating artists did en plein air and workshop on this island of fishing village during the 4 days 3 nights art event.

The event was officiated together by Chairman of Pulau Ketam International Art and Culture Festival Tan Sri Lim Kuang Sia, Ahli Dewan Negara Seni & Budaya Yg Berhormat Senator Tuan Jaziri Alkaf Abdillah, President of MWS Mr. Calvin Chua Cheng Koon, President of Angkatan Pelukis SeMalaysia En. Raja Mohd. Nizam B Raja Mohd. Ali, Head of Pulau Ketam Village Mr. Chua Kim Lin and Head of Village Association Mr. Lim Xi Lian.

Besides as a participating artist, I was assigned as one of the emcees for the opening function of this event. It was great that everything ran smoothly. Task accomplished with two artworks painted using watercolour medium as well.
